1. Payment - All credit card purchases are verified and authorized. If there is an error on pricing, Medical Hi-Tech will contact you and charge or refund the charges after customer approval.
2. Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Medical Hi-Tech. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or greater depending on condition of goods and packaging material. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, send an e-mail to MHT@Medicalhitech.com with your Order Number stating that you wish to return the product and the reasons why. A Medical Hi-Tech representative will contact you shortly after with an RA# and instructions on how to return your product. If after 5 days you have not been contacted by e-mail or phone then call Medical Hi-Tech at 305-470-0020. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do no tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or wraped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse such returns.
